Unfortunately, this artist's rendering is all we have left of the book. The last known copy was lost in the wilds of darkest Africa sometime in 1842 during a doomed English expedition to wipe out indigenous plants, animals, and peoples. So when I say it's Knight's finest work, I am relying on the hearsay of legend.
